Expressive Language Oral / Written

A child’s inability to communicate clearly can prove extremely frustrating for him and his family. Expressive language challenges are often the result of comprehension and/or processing speed issues.

Learning Strategies utilizes the Lindamood-Bell® Visualizing and Verbalizing Program®* for both written and oral expression. This program “trains the brain“ to utilize imaging techniques to store critical information (comprehension).

We then address expressive piece or the demonstration of knowledge (how the student will communicate what he has learned outwardly) in both oral and written formats.
